Today was a very stressful day for me. Missed a few deadlines and I just started feeling incredibly panicked. My boyfriend is in town and after years of convincing him to practice yoga with me he finally gave in. He thought it’ll help me calm down. At the moment I’m in a fantastic mood, my day did a 360 on me.
Decided to set today’s intention as patience. Learnt a good lesson today. Patience is key. In my practice and also in my day to day activities. Hope you are all having a fantastic day. Yoga challenge pictures coming later this evening :)
